CWTC First To Build Clay Courts In South Africa

CWTC is the first tennis academy in South Africa to build 2 clay courts at a cost of over R1 Million.
A clay court has been built at each of the academy’s premier venues namely the German Country Club and Kilarney Country Club. Charles Wheeler, Head Coach at CWTC, says the building of the clay courts is a vision he has had for many years and this vision is finally being realized. The clay courts are currently in use will add significant value to the CWTC camp.
The courts have been built to international standards with a full maintenance plan in place and include flood lights and electronic access control. The courts will be hired out on a Pay-Per-Use basis and all court bookings will be made Online. CWTC has also enter into Time Usage Agreements with players and parents who can purchase 150 hours of court time at substantially reduced rates.
