CWTC Terms & Conditions
- All court time is at your own risk, CWTC will not be held responsible for damage to property, injury, lost or stolen items.
- Indemnity forms must be signed by the 25th January each year or within two weeks of joining the academy.
- CWTC is a professional tennis coaching school, all players must endeavour to do their best and practice with intensity.
- Players must at all times be considerate when using club or CWTC facilities.
- CWTC players must represent their club for league when required.
- There are generally no squads and lessons on public holidays.
- Rained out lessons will be made up.
- Missed squads can be made up.
- Player cancelled lessons will be charged for and will not be made up.
- Semi private lessons are great alternatives to private lessons and are generally 60% per person of the total cost of a private lesson.
- Payments must be made in advance to your respective companies(CWTC, TSA, CTC)

- We do travel to most major tournaments around the country and some ITFs locally and internationally.
- We do require deposits(non refundable) if travelling to tournaments with the CWTC team.
- There are warm ups for almost all tournaments, just enquire about the venues, prices and times.

- Clay court shoes can be purchased from the pro shop on 011 807 8544.
